Azure/Sentinel - Sr. Security Engineer - Dubai
Salt are partnered with one of our industry leading clients and we are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Security engineer with a strong background with Azure/Sentinel.
Salary Range: AED 21K - 23K
Openings: 1
Location: Dubai
Notice Period: 30 days or less.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 7-8 years of experience managing Splunk and Sentinel SIEM, including content development.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience supporting and maintaining Splunk, Azure M365 System.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with SIEM (preferably Splunk).
Proficiency with Microsoft security technologies such as:
Azure Cloud Access Security Broker
Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (O365 ATP)
Microsoft Defender ATP
Integrations used to deliver internet-scale intelligence and managed security products.
Knowledge of information security in areas such as EDR - Enterprise end-point security products (e.g., McAfee e-Policy Orchestrator, Virus Scan, Anti-Spyware, Host Data Loss Protection, Endpoint Encryption, etc.).
Experience with MS Azure Information Protection and technologies, including solution architecture, deployment, management, and support in a large global enterprise.
Familiarity with various other SIEM security products such as:
ArcSight
Nitro
LogRhythm
Understanding of infrastructure components such as proxies, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and DLP.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Splunk and Sentinel SIEM systems.
Develop content and provide support for Splunk and Azure M365 System.
Design and implement security solutions using SIEM and Microsoft security technologies.
Provide expertise and support for enterprise end-point security products.
Architect, deploy, manage, and support MS Azure Information Protection technologies.
Maintain and support other SIEM products and infrastructure components as required.
Provide after-hours support as needed to ensure system stability and security.
