As the Head of Strategic Initiatives, the incumbent will work closely with the executive leadership team to identify, develop, and execute high-impact initiatives that align with our long-term business goals. S/he will be pivotal in shaping the company's future, driving business growth, and ensuring we remain competitive and innovative. The incumbent is expected to bring strong leadership, with a University Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics & Communication) and preferably a C.A. / M.BA / PGDM (Finance) from tier I institute/s, and a proven track record (15+ years) in planning & executing business strategy preferably in the Energy sector. Experience in the Financial sector and a Big 4 structured consultancy background could be helpful, as some international exp. may also add value to the role. This role requires-

- Strong commercial business acumen.
- Deep analytical competence and structuring capabilities.

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Lead the Business Development team - Risk assessment, Financial modeling, detailed business analysis, bid submission (currently bidding for projects in Smart metering / renewable projects in the range of INR 500Cr – 1000 Cr)
- Lead merger and acquisition opportunities – Risk assessment, Financial modeling, detailed business analysis, bid submission, negotiation, and contract finalization. (Currently looking at 2-3 projects ranging from 200 Cr-1500 Cr)
- Comprehensive investor interaction – introductory presentations, follow-up meetings, financial models, legal agreements, troubleshooting, transaction structuring
- Investor relations - Presentation and discussion with various investors
- Representation of company at various India/ International forums
