Job description NOTE : Candidate must be from Delhi-NCR or ready to relocate | Work from office only Work Experience: 2-4 Years Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have shown interest in the products or services offered by the company. Your primary objective will be to convert leads into sales by providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting the value proposition of the company's offerings. This role requires exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with other sales and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities: ● Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media platforms. ● Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements, address their questions, and provide relevant information about the company's products or services. ● Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence in the company's offerings. ● Use consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and tailor product or service recommendations to meet their specific requirements. ● Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and terms to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what they will receive. ● Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, customer support, and product development to stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and customer feedback. ● Accurately maintain customer information, sales activities, and updates in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. ● Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) by consistently achieving individual and team sales quotas. ● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings and differentiate them from competitors. ● Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions, self-study, and staying informed about industry developments. Qualifications and Requirements: ● Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service environment. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively. ● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals and overcome objections. ● Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. ● Good product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly. ● Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales-related software and tools. ● Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ● Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize and handle multiple leads simultaneously. ● Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Resilience and the ability to handle rejection or difficult customers with professionalism.
