Responsibilities:Actively follow the Safety and Security policies.Operate hoists and winches to lift and pull loads.Awareness on using power-operated cable equipment on winches, i.e., moving levers and throttles.Start and stop speeds of hoist or winch drums in response to a variety of signals, including hand, bell, telephone, and radio signals.Use levers and pedals to wind or unwind cable on drums to lift or ground the cargo load.Monitor equipment levers, indicators, and working conditions to verify the load position and center of gravity of the subject cargo whilst lifting/grounding.Reposition the winch cranes from the shore side to waterside and vice versa based on the requirement.Loading and unloading of the cargoes to the vessel and to the jetty area using the winch crane/mobile crane equipment.Awareness of the equipment lifting capacity to the weight of load ratio to ensure the load falls under the safe working load practice.Awareness of operating the compressed air, diesel, electric, gasoline, or steam-driven hoists or winches to control movements of cableways, cages, derricks, draglines, etc.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay: AED1,700.00 per monthApplication Questions:Do you have Port operation experience?Available to join immediately?What is your salary expectation?
