As we expand across local and international markets, we are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Accountant - FP&A and Office Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines financial planning and analysis responsibilities with office management and sales supervision to ensure smooth operations and drive business performance.
Position Overview:We are seeking a UAE-experienced finance professional with strong expertise in manufacturing, ideally within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will not only lead the company's financial planning and analysis efforts but also manage office administration and play a key role in weekly sales reviews. This dual role requires a proactive, organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support strategic initiatives across departments.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Develop, manage, and analyze the company's annual budget, long-term financial plans and monthly forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results against forecasts and budgets, providing actionable insights for corrective actions.
Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and analyses for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to support costing strategies, optimize margins and improve process efficiencies.
Analyze manufacturing costs, pricing strategies and production performance to drive profitability.
Manage cash flow and ensure timely supplier payments.
Support statutory audits, tax filings and compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Office Administration Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth office workflows by managing general supplies, equipment and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Supervise HR-related administrative processes such as employee records, attendance and payroll coordination.
Implement and monitor office policies to ensure an efficient and organized work environment.
Sales Performance Supervision:
Lead weekly sales review meetings to monitor performance against targets, identify trends and develop corrective strategies where necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between financial goals and sales strategies.
Provide financial insights during sales meetings to drive revenue growth and improve decision-making.
Track and report key sales metrics to management, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE in financial planning and analysis or a similar role within the manufacturing industry; experience in apparel manufacturing is preferred.
Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis and accounting software (SAP Business One) and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of financial regulations, standards and best practices.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prior experience in office management and coordinating sales activities is a plus.
