Based in Dubai in a permanent position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.Collaborate with a team of bankers to achieve collective goals.Generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.Proven track record managing client portfolios valued between $50M and $100M.Experience with HNW/UHNW clients and family offices.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Compensation:Competitive salary (budget is open/negotiable).Performance-based bonuses up to 50% of revenue generated.Must provide proof of current salary to be considered.
