Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships
Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
A passion for people and sales with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
No experience needed - we offer on-the-job training.
Good communication skills and fluency in English
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English language.
