Our mission is to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short-term rental market and provide peace of mind for our valued clients.ResponsibilitiesYou will:Actively manage direct reservations with the help of the team on the ground for viewings.Optimize external reservations through different channels.Maximize booking revenue through price adjustments based on market research for the properties assigned.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:Fluency in English for phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.Good computer skills for sending contracts and managing an Excel or Google Sheet.Excellent spoken and written communication skills.Good knowledge of apartments in Dubai and understanding of short-term rentals.The ability to represent and talk about GuestReady effectively.A cool-tempered nature, capable of handling rejection.Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.Strong multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure and stay calm.A team player mentality; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams.Confidence and a personable demeanor, with a passion for creating a great customer experience.BenefitsWorking with multicultural team members and international teams spread across the globe offers exposure to the fast-paced world of high-tech start-ups, with excellent growth opportunities.
