This is not simply our job, it's our passion.With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Fitness Instructor to join One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.As a Fitness Instructor, you will be an integral part of the resort's success. Your role involves developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues, ensuring that the Fitness Studio operates in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and adheres to Health & Safety Regulations. You will support and assist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of Fitness Centre operations.Your responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests with a friendly and positive attitude, providing efficient registration/check-in for scheduled trainings, and ensuring that the Fitness booking system operates according to department procedures, including guest billing and upselling services. You will provide overall guidance through individual consultations to ensure guests receive a holistic and beneficial experience within the Fitness Studio, aligned with their expectations and goals.Suitable candidates will report directly to the Assistant Recreation Manager and should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. Candidates must possess strong experience in the fitness sector, be dynamic, passionate, flexible, and a team player.
