Head Of Training and Development First Select, Pakistan Responsible for improving the productivity of an organization's employees. Responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. Assess property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize performance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.Develop and maintain property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of property events and general information.Plan, organize, facilitate, and order supplies for employee events.Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.Job SpecificationWorked a minimum of 5 years in the domain of Training and Organizational Development.Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable University.Must be able to organize and identify training needs of an organization.Tacit experience of Financial Institution / Bank will be preferred.
