A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.Finance & Accounts ManagerWe are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the accounting procedures and cash flow of the business. Applicant must hold strong financial knowledge including taxation rules and minimum 3 years of experience in setting up the accounting function. Experience in procurement would be an added advantage. He will document financial transactions, recommend financial actions, and summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Strong skills in establishing the accounting systems for a division in a startup environment.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain assets, liability, and capital account systems and records.Estimate the amount of capital required for the proper functioning of the business.Devising a capital structure.Management of cash.Accounting books.Payments and receipts.Theft management.Budgeting and approvals.Payroll management.Stores account management.Asset management.Income and GST.Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.Negotiating prices and contracts.Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings.Determining quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.
