Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Manufacturing/Production Manager specializing in Metals.

Position : Manufacturing/Production manager-Metals

Location: Qatar

Reporting to: Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan production schedules and coordinate all production activities in collaboration with Engineering, Estimating, and Project Management departments.

- Interpret company policies and enforce safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.

- Manage labour costs effectively.

- Oversee Shop Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards.

- Manage stocked materials inventory, particularly welding materials.

- Inspect work in progress and finished products according to the Quality Control Plan.

- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for new employees.

- Provide training, leadership, assignment of tasks, recognition, and disciplinary actions for employees.

- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.

- Maintain and oversee all equipment used in the manufacturing process.

**Requirements**:

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated hands-on leadership with significant time spent on the shop floor.

- 8-10 years of experience in the Metals Manufacturing Industry.

- 5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.

- Proficiency in welding techniques and knowledge.

- ASME Code Knowledge preferred.
