Position Title: Senior HR Specialist

Major Responsibilities

- Providing expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of departmental activities, including recruitment, compensation & Benefits, manpower planning and other related HR functional areas.

- Provides advice to the department leadership regarding best practices, standardization of processes, benchmarking performance indicators, identifies innovative solutions and options to address complex departmental issues.

- Responsible for the coordination of the data collection, report development and supporting analysis.

- Provide relevant support and guidance in establishing and maintaining Company rewards system through benchmarking, projection modelling and pay scale creation processes, as well as compensation analysis and re-engineering to support compensation initiatives.

- Provide support on the design, deployment, and management of reward frameworks, including base salary structures, grades, and procedures, policies, titling standards, job families and matrices to support a pay-for-performance culture.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human Resources or a related stream relevant to the role.

- Minimum of 6 years' experience in human resources preferably within Health sector entailing responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits

- Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR Trends

- Strong knowledge in Human Resource Best Practices, with hands on experience in Compensation and Benefits.

- Proven ability in statistical analysis.

- Ability to analyze data effectively in order to produce recommendations.

- High level of Computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office

- Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight and competing deadlines.

- Experience in dealing with management and staff at all levels including the ability to effectively initiate and maintain relationships.
