**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage all MEP related activities on-site.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and effective implementation of MEP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems promptly.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and supervise a team of MEP technicians and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on the status of MEP systems and activities.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Ensure the timely completion of all MEP tasks in line with project deadlines.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training and support to the MEP team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP supervision, particularly within FM contracts.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot MEP issues effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for MEP management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a facilities management company.
- Certifications in relevant MEP systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to MEP systems.
