- Support existing client services and sales support infrastructure, ensure delivery of first class service for clients in Asia ex-Japan.
- Supporting the sales teams, including handle client enquiry, regular product update and new product onboard etc.
- Carrying client service function, including onboarding, handle client enquiry, ongoing due diligence, etc.
- Coordinate and ensure ontime delivery of high quality reporting, handle client onboarding and transition processes (take-on/off, mandate changes)
- Handle tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Client Group Core APAC
- University degree (ideally focus in economics or finance)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in client service / sales support function.
- Detailed understanding of the local business/clients and its specific business requirements
- Proven track record of being able to service clients in the financial industry
- Good understanding of investment and post investment operational processes
- Experience in streamlining reporting and communications processes and procedures
- Relevant written and verbal language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Team orientation - take an interest in and contribute to the work of the team, and liaise where appropriate with other groups
- Excellent communication skills (diplomacy, tact combined with goal orientation)
- Negotiation Skills in relation to project management;
- Ability to work with different cultures and languages;
- Strong client and service orientation, good interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure whilst producing quality work, time management skills
- Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented and happy to take full responsibility for actions
