Training Manager

Job Description: 1. Proposing educational solutions and designing training content, dynamics and assessments; 2. Identifying, developing and updating internal facilitators/multipliers; 3. Mapping and applying the need to adjust content (changes in processes, systems, improved understanding of topics); 4. Monitoring the performance and development of new employees in the processes; 5. Ensuring the availability of resources (infrastructure) and materials (guides, infographics) for training sessions; 6. Providing, cataloging and curating training on the platforms; 7. Drawing up and making available indicators (KPIs) for the area (training and certifications); 8. Supporting the approval of training partners and suppliers. Job Requirements: 1. Completed bachelor degree or ongoing status; 2. Knowledge of and experience in Supply and Operations training; 3. Knowledge of and experience using training methodologies; 4. Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
