The Analytics Ops and Programs team in Hyderabad is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Business Analyst. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, have strong organizational skills, and excellent technical skills. Candidates should be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, identify problems before they happen, and implement solutions to detect and prevent outages. The candidate must accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done. This job requires a constant ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define the problem and build analytical frameworks to help streamline operations.
Identify gaps in the existing process by analyzing data and liaising with relevant teams.
Analyze data and metrics, sharing updates with internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience with SQL or ETL.
2+ years of experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Experience working with Tableau.
Experience using very large datasets.
Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets and understanding ETL DW concepts.
