CNC Machinist ( CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC )

Position: CNC Machinist (CNC/VMC Operator)

Work Location: Qatar

Salary: 2500-3000 QAR (defined based on the candidate skill set and company grades)

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines.

Documenting actions by completing production and quality logs.

Maintaining continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

Ensuring safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

Planning machining by studying work orders, blueprints, material, and fixtures.

Setting up and installing tools and attachments.

Manual programming and program editing.

Designing and modifying fixtures.

Proving machining of new components.

Experience & Qualification:

3 to 5 years of work experience as a CNC VMC operator, CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machining experience.

ITI/Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Production or in any related discipline.

Experience on machines like: DMG125 5axis Mill-Turn, DBC130 Horizontal Borer, WFL 5axis Turn-Mill, DANOBAT 5axis Turn-Mill.
