Contracts Manager

Reporting to the Country Manager, this dual function role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to capitalize on both their contract and operational management experience within asphalt manufacturing and laying services.A strong background in operations, programming, and depth of expertise in contract management is essential to ensure the continued profitability and growth of the business by effectively managing project costs, site activities, contract negotiations, variations, and stakeholder relationships.Acute analytical skills, strong commercial acumen, ability to perform in-depth analysis of business operations, report writing, and budget formulation will ensure success in this role.Proficient knowledge of all Safety Health & Environment systems will reflect commitment to best practice procedures, culminating in the delivery of superior products and services.Minimum Requirements:10-15 years of industry-related experience within a multinational environment, of which at least 5 years at a senior management level.Must have a minimum of 5 years experience within asphalt laying operations.Tertiary educated from a reputable University.Proven experience in managing the full spectrum of the contracting process from start to finish, including but not limited to contract drafting, bidding, negotiations, and variations.Operational experience is essential, with knowledge of lean manufacturing best practices and FIDIC (contractual law).About The Company:Talent2 is the first human resources (HR) company in the Asia-Pacific region to offer a complete range of outsourcing services, including executive search and recruitment, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), payroll, consulting, and learning.Talent2 is about talent management for the future.
