Job Description: Construction Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
