Job Description We are looking for a proficient and dedicated Labware LIMS Technical Product Owner to join our team and take the lead in driving the technical development and optimization of our Labware LIMS software. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical requirements for the Labware LIMS system, including integrations, customizations, and performance enhancements
- Define and communicate the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Labware LIMS software, aligning with the overall product strategy and industry standards
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize technical features, create detailed technical user stories, and ensure the timely delivery of technical enhancements
- Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility assessments for new features and enhancements, considering factors such as system architecture, scalability, and security
- Drive continuous improvement of the Labware LIMS system through technical innovation, optimization, and adherence to best practices
- Serve as a technical expert on Labware LIMS, providing guidance to internal teams and clients on technical capabilities, integrations, and system performance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Technical Product Owner or similar role for Labware LIMS or comparable laboratory informatics systems
- Strong technical understanding of laboratory informatics, LIMS systems, data management, integrations, and regulatory compliance within the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical user story development, and product lifecycle management
- Experience with software development processes, including API integrations, data modeling, and system architecture design
- Familiarity with Labware LIMS or similar LIMS platforms, including technical configuration, customization, and performance optimization
