Fitness Technician | Riyadh | GMG | KSA

Job Summary The role holder is responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing Fitness items supplied to GMG customers, in stores as well as outdoor locations. Accountabilities Core Responsibilities:

1. Repairs and assembles fitness equipment as per the requirements and specifications of the product/brand.
2. Tests the unit once installed to ensure all functionalities are properly running.
3. Keep the inventory of the workshop updated.
4. Provide feedback on repairs and be a part of the mechanic and office team.
5. Be customer service oriented and personable, educating customers on service features and functionality as you are the face of our company when you deliver & service machines.
6. Follows all safety rules and regulations while installing and testing the equipment.
7. Ensures that all tools and equipment used during work are in good, safe working order.
8. Refurbishes and fabricates the returned and damaged fitness machines as necessary.
9. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by line manager from time to time.

1. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
2. Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan.
3. Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional growth.

1. High School / Diploma – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

1. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience repairing and maintaining the known Fitness brands is preferred.

1. Basic carpentry, mechanical, and electronics experience.
2. Customer service orientation.
