Mechanical Design Engineer

Location-ChennaiJob Description:Experience Required:-2 years to 15 years• Preparation of RFQ, Technical Queries, Technical Bid Evaluation & Project Specifications.• Preparation & checking of Mechanical data sheets/Engineering drawings of Static equipment's as listed.• Vendor Documents Review including Mechanical Design Calculations for Static Equipment• Coordination with other disciplines & Clients• Hands on experience in FEED, EPC & Proposal Jobs.Expected Skill Sets:• Conversant with Mechanical design & detailing of Static Equipment's viz. Pressure vessels, Process Columns, Reactors, S & T Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Electric Heaters, Filters and Storage Tanks• Hands on experience to carry out Thermal design of heat exchangers and Air Fin Coolers using HTRI.• Proficient with use of PV-Elite/B-JAC Software• Exposure to International design codes/standards such as ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 and 2, ASME Sec.
