Senior Interior Designer - Residential / Hospitality

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for making drawings for high end luxury residential & hospitality projects. space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing construction. The Senior Interior Designer will also be responsible for managing the team, working with vendors and suppliers, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.Responsibilities: Visit the site along with the Jr. Designers during site measurements.Oversee & check survey layout & sections.Support design development process by searching for reference images.Draft working drawings & detailed drawings based on the finalized designs in coordination with the Jr. Designers.Coordinate for material selection & creation of final list of materials.· Along with the Sr. Associate / Director, visit sites as per the designed frequency to check alignment with the design intent.Update drawings as per the change control process, under the guidance of Sr. Associate / Director.Qualifications:Experience in Space Planning and Interior DesignExpertise in Architecture and Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)Experience with project management and team leadershipStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and suppliersBachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldExperience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is a plusLEED accreditation is a plusLocation: Mumbai PRB
