Role - Blockchain Research LeadExperience - 3-4 yearsLocation - RemoteNOTE - We are looking for experienced blockchain developers who started their careers in blockchain, with solid hands-on experience. Candidates must be serving their notice period and available to join immediately or within 5-7 days.Key Responsibilities:Work on Blockchain technologies with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.Expertise in communication protocols like sockets, HTTP, WebSockets.Develop and maintain high-performance servers with horizontal/vertical scalability.Write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.Concurrency control and system performance management.Key Requirements:Strong experience in Golang and system programming.Basic knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS.Deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and p2p networking.Hands-on experience with Blockchain clients (e.g., Geth) and forking clients for feature development.Knowledge of Solidity and smart contracts.Proficiency in Linux and networking.Experience with Docker and Debian package distributions.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):Familiarity with other smart-contract languages like Rust or Golang.Experience or knowledge in Cosmos SDK, Blockchain Rollups, Cloud & Infrastructure, and DevOps.We are seeking someone self-managing with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
