About the Job: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage operations and provide office support. This role involves coordinating compliance tasks, and supporting local office functions, including HR and administration. You will liaise with both internal teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage tax registrations, board meetings, and local compliance. Oversee office administration and HR management. Provide administrative support for board meetings and liaise with directors. Assist other departments with reporting to shareholders and headquarters. Provide additional support for various functions when required. Qualifications: Prior experience in the aircraft leasing industry is essential. Familiarity with HR management and local compliance policies. Strong office administration experience. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
