• Design and Animation: Create Visually Stunning Motion Graphics Animation and Visual Effects for Digital ads
• Research and Development - Develop Innovative concepts to attract online users through Digital Interactive ads
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product team, to execute creative concepts that align with performance and business objectives
• AI Integration: Utilize AI technologies to enhance the Animation transition with user engagement
• Project Management: Manage Multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Feedback and Iteration: Continuously iterate and improve creative work based on feedback, data analytics and client input

1. Design Aesthetics : Strong sense of visual storytelling and design principles.
2. Storyboarding : Ability to create storyboards and visual plans for projects.
3. Concept Development : Skills in developing creative concepts based on project briefs.
