I also provide relationship counselling for neurodivergent individuals.Sessions are primarily conducted via Zoom, but I can accommodate phone, text, or email communication as preferred.My counselling approach is neuro affirming, positive, and empowering, focusing on present and future goals while also exploring past issues as needed.We will identify your interests and strengths to work towards your goals gradually, making change more achievable.Art psychotherapy is available, which can be beneficial for addressing deep issues and trauma. Participation in artistic expression is optional, but it may help access significant, often complex issues that are difficult to verbalise.I bring two decades of experience supporting autistic individuals and those with various mental health conditions, mild learning disabilities, and ADHD. I understand the unique and holistic needs of neurodivergent individuals, including issues related to LGBTQI+, trauma, and substance misuse.Sessions provide a safe, judgement-free, and confidential space.
