Job Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end UX and design process of our new platform, including wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.Craft concepts and sketches and rapidly prototype ideas.Present work and use design to build alignment and influence product direction.Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the executive team.Shape the way we work, our approach to UX/UI, and the tools we use.Your Profile:2-3 years + experience within a similar role.Strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, creativity, and detailed specifications.Previous mobile app design experience.Experience working with user flow diagrams and mocking up how a product will function.Confident in using data (qualitative and quantitative) and insights to inform designs.Meticulous attention to detail and keen to grow with the company.A passion for our mission.To apply, please send your CV and covering letter to careers@shoaly.com.
