QA Tester Analyst

Job Type: Contract Technologies: Quality Assurance Tester, Test Analyst, Web testing, Visual Studio, Quick Test, Selenium, SQLEndeavour Recruitment has a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced QA Tester to work for our client in Cork, Republic of Ireland.Our client is looking for a QA/Test Engineer to work with them on an initial 6 month contract.Required skills:3+ years cumulative system-testing experience with particular emphasis on web-based testing.Strong testing background with experience writing test plans and test procedures.Experience with regression, integration, and system-level test execution.Experience with test automation tools such as Visual Studio Team System (Test Edition), HP Quick Test Professional, Selenium, or similar tools.Working knowledge of performance/load testing tools, Visual Studio Team System (Test Edition) or similar.Experience in the use of defect tracking tools.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to understand application architecture and identify issues.Experience dealing with data and understanding SQL is highly beneficial.Self-starter, proactive, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.If you are a QA/Test Engineer with great experience looking for a fantastic opportunity in a beautiful location, please don't hesitate to apply!
