Job Type: Full time Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategies and activities for continuous growth, expansion of market share as well as development of new business in shopping malls, managed building, POI cluster and Southern Region.
- Conduct market research both for the local as well as regional markets and assist in identifying potential business opportunities for nationwide.
- Handle sourcing, planning, evaluation, negotiation, tenancy preparation and landlord liaison.
- Prepare proposals, reports on progress of planned activities and performance reports for respective regions to management.
- Assist Operations to monitor nationwide outlet performances.
- And other matters related to the Department.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Mapping.
- Good networking with Agent/Landlord/Tenant.
