Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Full time Responsibilities:
- Arrange, coordinate, and keep track of meetings and business appointments with clients/guests/visitors, including preparing refreshments.
- Plan and maintain work calendar, ensuring it is accurate and updated.
- Work with the secretarial team, providing mutual support when necessary.
- Perform general admin duties including photocopying, binding, and storing company documents.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages as needed.
- Collect and distribute all incoming post and deliveries.
- Manage and book all outgoing post and couriers.
- Support the PA with admin tasks and document overflow.
- Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent); additional certification in Office Management or Secretarial is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
