What is Expert Talent Acquisition:

Expert Talent Acquisition at Jazz works closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partnership and Business teams to source, attract and hire candidates who are agile, diverse and culturally fit as per the Jazz Values.

The Talent Acquisition team is part of Talent Learning & Culture Department within the People & Organization Division at Jazz. A two member team including yourself will be reporting directly to the Stream Head Talent Acquisition. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

What does Expert Talent Acquisition do?

Hiring talent that is agile and a cultural fit from sourcing to offer closure with special focus on gender diversity in Commercial, Sales, Corporate, Fintech and technical roles.

Ensures smooth candidate & line manager experience aligned with Jazz's Values, Culture and the Talent policy.

100% collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally (HRBPs, Rewards, Operations, Line Managers, Vendors and Placement Offices).

Encourages stakeholders to build diverse and inclusive teams allowing enhanced perspectives and productivity.

Collaborates with hiring managers & recommends solutions to address talent acquisition needs in areas with limited skill set in the market.

Facilitates business by hiring quality interns as per the approved talent acquisition process.

Creation and deployment of proactive pipeline for high-churn and repetitive roles.

Liaises with placement offices of the top universities to onboard the best talent.

Continues to innovate to come up with ideas and ways that radically simplify the candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in HRM or MBA.

3-5 years of experience in HR/ Talent Acquisition.

Prior experience in start-ups talent acquisition and has hired for diverse and challenging roles along with managing multiple stakeholders based on different locations.

Should be passionate and self-driven with the ability to understand needs, suggest ideas and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet the talent acquisition requirements.

The individual should have sound work ethic, sense of urgency and be tech savvy and have the ability to work without direct supervision.

Should have excellent interviewing skills to be able to assess candidates within a limited time slot.

Should have strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Should have prior experience of working on an Application tracking system.#J-18808-Ljbffr
