- Ensure smooth day to day operation of work activities including building maintenance, civil,electrical, and mechanical engineering at site.
- Troubleshoot engineering issues to ensure closing work orders.
- Manage work orders to ensure minimal overdue list and technical specifications are met.
- Ensure all jobs comply to safety and quality standards.
- Manage emergency work orders and provide guidance when needed.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues arising.
- Maintain good relationship with site workers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients.
- Identify any potential problems during operation and continuously improve work processes to prevent it.
- 确保工地日常的建筑维修、土木、 电汽、与机械工程能顺利地操作。
- 解决客户有关工程项目的各种问题。
- 管理各种项目以确保能如期完成, 并达到标准的技术水平。
- 确保所有的工作达到安全与品质保证。
- 处理客户紧急订单及在需要时给予资讯与引导。
- 评估及检测工程的进度及准备相关的详细报告。
- 遵守所有健康与安全标准,并在意外发生时及时向上司报告。
- 与所有工地员工、供应商、承包商、以及客户维持良好的关系。
- 监督及识别工程上可能面对的问题并不断地改进以避免发生同样的问题。

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil),Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety),Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Able to communicate effectively with site workers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Preferably able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with wide range of clients and workers.
- Possess a driving license.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
