SOURCING OFFICER

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time

• Review all data in entire BOM & responsible to source materials/components per MPN, Manufacturer, Description & Drawings.
• Prepare quote package & monitor RFQ through process & documenting all concerns, discrepancies & issues.
• Manage all suppliers in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral & legal standards.
• Plan, source & develop new potential vendors at competitive price, quality & lead time.
• Manage vendor performance, consolidate & maintain all suppliers' performance & indicators.
• Embark on cost reduction activities & participate in regular cost-saving programs.
• Coordinate interaction between the section in the Material department & all other departments & subsidiaries of the equipment group.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Material/Supply Management or SPM with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Material/Supply Management.
• Preferable with Material/Supply Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• It is an advantage if able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
