About the Job Position: Senior Product Analyst Location: Noida/Gurugram Role Summary: This role reports to Senior Product Manager, where you will be instrumental in shaping and defining the product strategy and vision. You will work closely with the Sydney Product team to develop and deliver a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders playing a critical role in driving product development by analyzing and interpreting data, conducting research, gathering customer feedback, and crafting concept notes. Your insights and analyses will translate into detailed user stories and journeys, guiding the product from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Concept Notes – Outline the main idea which explains the problem or opportunity. It will also outline the key areas to address in the user stories and provide all the justifications for the product feature to be developed.
• Data Analysis : Analyse market trends and GTM to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform product decisions.
• A/B Testing : Design and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new product features or changes.
• Customer Insights : Use data to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, helping to shape the product roadmap.
• Market Research : Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across the organization, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that product decisions are aligned with company goals.

Must have

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a product analyst role, preferably in a B2B SAAS company.
• Skills: Proficiency in writing user stories and concept notes. Use tools like JIRA for Agile product development and have experience converting key business challenges into tangible concept notes. Understanding AI and Machine Learning will be preferable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Data Understanding: Understanding the domain of data management, especially master data management and data quality. Understanding the role of data quality in the areas of analytics and operational management will be an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
