Retail Executive - 4 days work (Orchard)

Working days: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend
Job Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
To maintain the general cleanliness of the store
Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fashion industry or a related field/skills is preferred
Singaporeans/PR and foreigners are welcome
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staffs
Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
Ability to work independently, handle pressure and effectively manage challenging situations are valuable qualities
