Lendlease is looking for candidates who are interested in growing their career as a Guest Experience Officer at The Exchange, TRX Kuala Lumpur. The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city-defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment, and world-class hotels. The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall, with 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space, will include a 10-acre rooftop park. The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for attending to inquiries, feedback, requests, and complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but is not limited to:

• Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.
• Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
• Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure.
• Concierge desk administration duties.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
• Assisting in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms, etc.

Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanor. Excellent proficiency in English is a must-have skill for this role. Ability to converse in Mandarin or Japanese will be an added advantage. You must be able to work on shift hours, weekends, and public holidays. Benefits:
