We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to help us with a variety of administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Acts as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.Supports departmental staff and follows up with relevant departments on Residential Leasing matters.Maintains records of customer interactions, transactions, and account information.Generates leasing activity reports and revenue data, and coordinates with investor advisors.Prepares documentation for new lease transactions, ensuring compliance with approved processes.Handles customer complaints and inquiries, providing clear feedback after gathering and evaluating all necessary information.Able to meet tenants and explain company leasing procedures.Delivers exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns.Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in an administrative role.External Contacts:Government and non-government agencies.Brokers and leasing agents.Tenants, visitors, and guests.Behavioral Competencies:Good time management skills.Ability to build trust and consensus.Discretion and confidentiality are essential.Adaptable and flexible.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Bright, confident, and well-presented personality.Flexible and mature approach, capable of working unsupervised.Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and external partners.Demonstrated initiative, independent thinking, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and demands.A team player with the ability to step into projects as needed.Superior internal and external customer service and communication skills.Enthusiastic, with a dedication to helping others.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting.Ability to identify and correct errors.Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks within a defined timeline and adapt to changing priorities.Collaborative mindset, working well in a client-oriented department.General accounting knowledge or strong math skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR4,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Language:English (Required)License/Certification:QID (Preferred)Application Deadline: 02/10/2024
