Content Translator (Russian or/and Turkish speaker)5th Floor, Building A1, Business Park, Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAs a Content Translator, you will work on the website content and translate it from English to Russian or/and English to Turkish, based on our translation guidelines.Do you feel comfortable with IT? Not afraid to see some code/html in texts? Are you a languages-lover who wants to take part in the Odoo growth by making our content accessible to our customers? We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will need solid problem-solving skills.The position is on-site and the person will be employed on our payroll.Must - HAVETranslator experience of at least 2 yearsVery good speaking & understanding of EnglishPerfect reading, writing and spoken Turkish or/and RussianBachelor's or Master's Degree in languages or equivalentGood command of IT toolsAble to work autonomouslyAffinity with the IT worldKnowledge of Transifex & GitHubKnowledge of InDesignAdaptability & FlexibilityOrganisation & Sense of PriorityAdvantagesAdditional Central Asian languages would be an advantageYou are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitudeYou are open-minded and can react to change with agilityYou are a quick and autonomous learnerWilling to contribute to great company cultureResponsibilitiesYou'll be in charge of translating the website, the documentation, and the software, and keep those translations up to date all year round.You'll follow up on various projects, including the preparation of documents and putting them online, e.g. through GitHub.You'll be responsible for the proofreading of documents once their layout is done.
