The Education and Culture Division's dedicated marketing and communications team is responsible for the overall positioning of the Education & Culture Division, its attractions, and programmes within the domestic and international markets. This includes creating compelling stories and campaigns for a wide range of audiences across a breadth of platforms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in message and identify opportunities for collaboration and building relationships with local and international media.Opportunity ResponsibilitiesThe Product Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies for key sales products, including the Expo Education Programme, birthdays, corporate training, venues, and tours. Responsibilities include designing promotional activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating engaging content, and conducting market analysis to maintain competitive positioning.The role also involves supporting the sales team, managing marketing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing and strategic planning to drive product visibility and sales growth.The main responsibilities of the role include:Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for always-on sales products, including the Expo Education Programme and seasonal offerings like birthdays, corporate training, venue spaces, guided tours, and summer campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Design, plan, and execute innovative promotional strategies to enhance product visibility, generate leads, and drive sales, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.Work closely with other departments, such as sales, operations, and product development, to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and operational capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment.Supervise the creation of compelling marketing content, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and multimedia content, to effectively communicate the features and benefits of products.Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to adjust product positioning and marketing strategies.Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the development of sales tools, presentations, and training materials, to enhance their ability to sell products effectively.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and product launches, analyzing the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings, ensuring marketing strategies are customer-centric.Manage the marketing budget for assigned products, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.Ensure all marketing activities and materials are consistent with the brand's messaging, tone, and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints.Skills6+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns as well as:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.Experience in creating compelling marketing content and promotional materials, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
