Primary Job Functions:Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology.Able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues.Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: VMware, AWS, Azure, Office 365, M365.Responsible for managing the teams and training them.Responsible for the general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings.Contribute to new products, feature enhancements, and documentation.Produce written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployments.Delegate tasks and set deadlines.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master's in computer-related Sciences (Computer Science, Telecom, etc.).Able to work in shift timing.Knowledge of Cloud engineering & its impact on greater business practices.Lead & develop best practices for Cloud Engineering Team.Onboarding and automation of new and current tools for work management.Review incident responses and prepare mitigation strategies.Project management, KPI monitoring & QA/Audit.Proficient in using different Reporting & Ticketing tools.Certifications on different platforms; O365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc. are mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
