Overview Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Field Manager to join a vegetable producer and supplier in Gauteng. As a Retail Sales Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of retail sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for leading and developing sales teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with different departments to assess customer opportunities Support market initiatives and develop local programs Ensure timely input to the commercial planning process Achieve yearly volume, net revenue, and gross profit targets Increase market share and monitor performance Establish contracts and manage customer P&L Execute seasonal strategies and promotions Improve product distribution and availability Manage equipment placement and price execution Maintain effective communication and account relations Ensure complaints are followed up internally and maintain customer data Manage and maintain relationships for retail customers at store level Promote NG sales to new customers Manage shelf health Requirements Relevant sales diploma or degree 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of the retail industry and familiarity with Gauteng market Proficiency in MS Office suite Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
