Wind Turbine Service Technician Facilitator

      Duties:Facilitation:Planning and managing of weekly classesPreparation and delivery of learning contentPrepare learning environment i.e., labs; classrooms; research venues, group activity venues etcDevelop learning material if requiredOrganize additional workshops and field tripsMarking of practical, formative, and summative assessmentsGeneral academic administration:Record student attendanceMotivate and reinforce studentsIdentify students at riskSet up additional support for studentsRecord student resultsProvide programme review feedbackModeration reports completed as per the moderation planComplete certifications as per deadlinesPresent the qualification at open daysMinimum requirements:Facilitator must have a relevant NQF 6 (3 yrs. advanced diploma or advanced certificates) qualification.In possession of a minimum of three yrs. experience as a qualified Electrician, Fitter/Turner, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics, and/or Millwright.As well as three yrs. experience as a Wind Turbine Service Technician.Exposure to training methodologies.Computer LiteracyMS OfficeAdditional competencies requiredExcellent communication skills
