Must Have: - Experience in facilities management or equipment transition roles, particularly in handover/takeover (HOTO) processes. - Experience in managing the commissioning, testing, and handover of major facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, elevators, etc. Qualifications - B.E./B.TECH Key Responsibilities:

1. Handover/Takeover Management (HOTO):

- Lead and manage the entire HOTO process for facility equipment, ensuring all documentation, testing, and commissioning are completed. - Develop detailed handover checklists and ensure that equipment installation and commissioning adhere to approved design and operational requirements. 2. Coordination with Stakeholders: - Collaborate with project management, contractors, facility managers, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication during the HOTO process. - Serve as the central point of contact between project teams and operational staff during equipment handover 3. Documentation & Compliance: - Ensure that all equipment-related documentation (O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, safety protocols) is handed over accurately and stored appropriately for future reference. - Verify that all equipment complies with local regulatory standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations. 4. Training & Operational Readiness: - Coordinate and manage training sessions for facility management teams on newly installed or upgraded equipment. - Ensure that the facility team is fully capable of operating and maintaining the equipment post-handover. 5. Risk & Issue Management: - Identify any risks or issues during the equipment handover process and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner. - Prepare and escalate risk mitigation strategies for any delays or issues that could impact facility operations. 6. Vendor & Contract Management: - Oversee vendor performance during the equipment installation, commissioning, and handover phases. - Ensure all service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors are met and monitor vendor performance post-handover to ensure continuity of service. 7. Post-Handover Support: - Monitor equipment performance after the handover to address any operational issues or defects. - Work with the maintenance team to ensure a smooth transition into the operational phase and provide ongoing support during the early operational period.
