Job Description - KITCHEN HELPER (ACC00006I)DescriptionEmployee performs simple manual work in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. Work involves thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards and clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils.ResponsibilitiesWash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.Sweep or scrub floors.Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.Prepare and package individual place settings.Package food or supplies.Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.Receive and store supplies.Clean garbage cans with water or steam.Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.Move equipment, supplies or food to required locations.Set up banquet tables.Arrange tables or dining areas.Work LocationACC-A110049-CATERING FOR P183-SPINE PRECAST FACILITY-NEOM, Allied Contracting Catering Company, Riyadh
