Embedded C Software Developer

High Tech Genesis is in search of an embedded software developer to bolster our engineering team.You'll be immersed in the advancement of top-tier embedded telecom switches and routers.Dive into the development of next-generation SDN solutions for enterprise networks, where you'll amplify code coverage, introduce new features, and troubleshoot issues.Your responsibilities will include:Design and develop code in support of feature assignmentsCrafting unit test codeTroubleshoot and correct defects/bugsAttend daily scrumsCollaborate with peers to resolve technical challengesRequired skills and experience:Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with software development in C languageExperience working with L2 forwarding protocolsExperience working with EVPN, L2VPN, VxLan, RIB, and FIB is an assetExperience with Linux and real-time operating systemsExperience with Python and base unit testingExceptional experience with GDB debugging toolExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetAble to get along with peersIntegrates with the team wellDemonstrated collaboration skillsWilling to ask for help and to help othersHigh Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
