Business Development Associate

Position Overview: In search of young, dynamic, and ambitious talent from Topline Management Universities/Institutions to join us as Management Trainees in our Business Development (BD) team. In this role, you’ll work alongside seasoned Go-to-Market (GTM) leaders and B2B experts, gaining first-hand experience in crafting and executing strategies to expand our business. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of business development in the digital media space, with rapid growth potential. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with the GTM leaders and the B2B team to identify and develop new business opportunities. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. ● Support in designing and implementing strategies to penetrate new markets and grow our B2B presence. ● Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and potential growth areas. ● Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients and partners. ● Participate in key business meetings, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions. ●Analyze sales and performance metrics to evaluate business development initiatives. ● Continuously learn and adapt to the fast-paced digital media industry while contributing innovative ideas. Qualifications: ● Recent graduates from Topline Management Universities/Institutions. ● Passionate about business development, sales, and market expansion in a B2B environment. ● Street-smart, self-driven, and highly motivated individuals with a proactive, can-do attitude. ● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and insights for business decision-making. ● Quick learners with a strong interest in the digital media landscape and growth strategies. ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
