GET- Supply Chain (Planning and Projects) Supply Chain Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with sales goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Manage inventory depth across channels and regions
• Coordinate with supply Team to ensure timely delivery of products to WHs as per Forward Demand
• Resolve any supply chain-related issues impacting sales operations promptly.
• Monitor transportation and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Work closely with the customer service team to address any supply chain-related concerns raised by customers.
• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
• Oversee order processing and fulfilment activities for offline sales channels.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory at offline sales locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

• Lead project planning, execution, and closing, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders and management.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on project progress, issues, and changes as required.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews.

• Implement strategies to enhance order fulfilment speed and accuracy.
• Implement best practices, process enhancements, and automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
