We are looking for a poised and professional DOOR HOSTESS to join the team of a luxury hotel in Dubai. As a Door Hostess, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the hotel entrance, ensuring a positive first impression.

Assistance and Guidance: Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, answering queries, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate area or department.

Coordination: Work closely with the concierge and front desk teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.

Maintain Appearance: Ensure the entrance area is always immaculate and presentable, reflecting the hotel's high standards.

Security Awareness: Monitor and manage the flow of guests and visitors, maintaining awareness of security protocols and reporting any concerns to the security team.

Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Professional appearance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while providing exceptional service.
